In my visit to the Mexican Caribbean Mayan Riviera I took of my favorite Le Stoff towel and one resistance band with me. I knew I will be training at the beach and the closest monkey bar I would found.
As you have noticed I have been traveling for 4 weeks in the beautiful Mexican Caribbean and the North of Mexico.

I love books, before I became an active living freak I used to go to the book store and look for the latest book, mostly on wellness, and I was always leaving the shop with at least 2 books in my hand and an empty pocket
