As you have noticed I have been traveling for 4 weeks in the beautiful Mexican Caribbean and the North of Mexico. My training program changed obviously and my skills goals are delayed and on hold until I come back to Vienna. Even though I am on the go, I gave myself time to take care of my fitness; that means I mostly used my body weight to train the human movements.
This Sunday finally took place the mindful triathlon fromWanderlust 108 in Vienna.
Well let’s talk about food and cravings. We all have food cravings at some point, right?
I remember I always had cravings when I was a teen and when I was emotional unbalanced. I still do.
I just watched Ido Portal’s just move movie by London Real TV and by watching the practices and listening Brian narrating his perspective I felt connected. Suddenly, eureka, I felt again: This is it. I remember the first time I talked to Ido, he gave me an interview that obviously he guided and made it valuable. While we were talking, he asked about me and my life.
I feel in my element when I use the word: tacos. I know my way I prepare tacos has evolved. I can eat meatless lettuce tacos or corn tortilla tacos.
A mover is never depressed
Last Sunday, by this time, I was almost finishing an amazing 16 hours of self-rediscover and movement practice. I attended the first Motion workshop in Vienna by Ido Portal and his team.
I love books, before I became an active living freak I used to go to the book store and look for the latest book, mostly on wellness, and I was always leaving the shop with at least 2 books in my hand and an empty pocket. My favorite place to read books was my old couch, the beach and a cozy coffee shop that is around the corner where I used to live in Mexico.
Last April I had a great active day with ODLO Cool Time in Slovakia.
