As  you have noticed I have been traveling for 4 weeks in the beautiful Mexican Caribbean and the North of Mexico. My training program changed obviously and my skills goals are delayed and on hold until I come back to Vienna. Even though I am on the go, I gave myself time to take care of my fitness; that means I mostly used my body weight to train the human movements.

I remember the first time I talked to Ido, he gave me an interview that obviously he guided and made it valuable. While we were talking, he asked about me and my life.

Fitness tips: Books that changed my lifestyle

I love books, before I became an active living freak I used to go to the book store and look for the latest book, mostly on wellness, and I was always leaving the shop with at least 2 books in my hand and an empty pocket. My favorite place to read books was my old couch, the beach and a cozy coffee shop that is around the corner where I used to live in Mexico.
