Hi guys! Today I would like to share with you a tasty and healthy post workout recipe. Yes, it involves rucola (arugula) salad in your jar glass.

1 handful rucola

1 mango

Ice cubes

1 unseeded date

1 half avocado

1 cup fresh pressed orange juice

1 Tsp Maca powder

Goji berries and bee polen to garnish and taste

HOW TO

Add all the ingredients in your powerful blender in low power and blend until all ingredients are blend together. ENJOY!
