Yogi tea recipe

I felt in love with Yogi tea since my first trip to India. I never ever got over it. Back home I always wanted to reproduce it but somehow I couldn’t bring the same taste and the magical energy that we all experience when we visit this amazing country. One year later, I was meeting my spiritual crush Guru Singh in a wellness event together with Tony Robbins in L.A. both were closed to Sri Baghawan my spiritual “guru” at that time and, by the way, I have to tell you he was kinda responsible that I live now in this beautiful city of Vienna but that is another story…When I decided to take the kundalini yoga teacher training was the moment everything came together. I fell in love again with everything about drinking yogi tea aka masala chai, meditating for 2 1/2, signing mantras and learning about myself through yoga.

Yogi tea is made of 6 delicious and healthy ingredients: cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, ginger and black tea.
