How to Master and Support your Lifestyle

When I was a teenager my mother signed me in to a 3-Day Master of yourself workshop. This workshop was simple enough for even kids or teens be able to use the tools to master and support a lifestyle. Complex information was given in a simple way. This workshop was well organized to provide guides to follow in order to reach personal happiness. This was the beginning of my spiritual path. Later on, yoga and fitness came to my life challenging me how to integrate physical and mental mastery by cleaning up toxic emotions and food. I want to share part of this knowledge with you this sunday.

 

Thousands of years ago yoga gurus became aware of how to master and support a lifestyle; they knew that it is possible to adjust one’s life through changing one’s habits.  To be honest, this seems like a simple concept, however, for most people a hard challenge.

 

Habits are repetitive attitudes which form specific patterns in our reality.

 

Yogic technology offers specific practices to adjust undesirable habits, even those which are haunting us. There is a specific time commitment which is required to adjust the neurons and the frequencies of our brain.

 

This time commitment is the time required to change, confirm, establish and master a new habit.

Practice a yoga set or a meditation or a new lifestyle habit daily. Commit to repeat your new uplifting habit for 21/40 days and see for yourself. For the best results, practice the new habit at the same time each day allowing your biorhythms to set the new frequency.

40 Days of repeating a new healthy action will change your lifestyle
90 Days of repeating a new healthy action will confirm your lifestyle
120 Days of repeating a new healthy action you are defined by your habit
1,000 Days you have mastered the new lifestyle

What to do?

Practice a particular action/thought every single day for the same amount of time. Based on the number of days you do this, here is how it will affect your habits.

 

 Practice every day for 40 days straight. This will break any negative habits that block you from the expansion possible through action (training or meditation).

 

Practice every day for 90 days straight. This will establish a new habit in your conscious and subconscious minds based on the effect of the training or meditation. It will change you in a very deep way.

 

Practice every day for 120 days straight. This will confirm the new habit of consciousness created by the training or meditation. The positive benefits of the training get integrated permanently into your psyche.

 

Practice every day for 1000 days straight. This will allow you to master the new habit of consciousness that the action (training or meditation) has promised. No matter what the challenge, you can call on this new habit to serve you.

 

Remember, a habit is a subconscious chain reaction between the mind, the glandular system and the nervous system. We develop habits at a very young age. Some of them serve our highest destiny. Some of them do not.
