Connection Body Pain & Emotions

Are you curious about your body pains and how they are related to what you feel?

Now days we are used to carry on our daily life as we are Super Humans, of course we are. The different is that, to be a Super Human is also to listen what your body is telling you. This Infographic: Connection Body Pain and Emotions will tell you maybe in two simple and clear lines what is all about. And, what your body has been telling you all the time…You just haven’t listened to it.

Body pain is related to our emotions; I am sure you already have heard of it. In this “New Age” era. We are most informed about how our body works and how is related to our brain. Feelings are placed in a part of our brain and manifest through the body and behaviors.

We act like Super Humans in ways we put extra stress in the body and mind.

We act like Super Humans in ways we put extra stress in the body and mind. We work extra hours, we stay late more than our body can take, we eat more than our stomach can take, we drink more than our liver can manage, and so on…We believe that our body is a machine, with no emotions…well lemma tell you; it is easier to recognized body pain than mind pain, but we are also in pain when we have to work hours to support and feed our families, we are in pain when there is not enough money to provide with a better education, or warm clothes, to be able to travel or have healthy food for the beloved ones. We are in pain when we cannot afford to spend time to share a meal with the one we care about. We are in pain when we are not promoted in our Job and instead we are overworked and underpaid…You get the picture?

We work extra hours, we stay late more than our body can take, we eat more than our stomach can take, we drink more than our liver can manage

That pain counts also, and we tend to ignore it, why? most of the time: FEAR. Fear of finding out that what we have been doing is something completely opposite to what our “heart yearns for”

Ok, ok, back pain, neck pain, we make our computer work responsible for it, we blame, staying in front of the computer for more that 6 hours, right? No wonder, it is so clear, we see it and feel it in the body…

But here, I would like to point out a very interesting perspective, a holistic perspective: What if we listen to our body and observe our behavior, let’s say 72 hours before our pain shows up.

What if we listen to our body and observe our behavior, let’s say 72 hours before our pain shows up.
