Those times I feel stiff & cranky I always go for a 2-Minute Cat/Cow practice. It is easy and very practical to do anywhere, so if you are on a trip or visiting Grandpas, this is a great stretch practice to do some good to your spine in preventing back pains. Besides getting you flexible, you will build some ABS strength and at the same time it will take you out of your emo mood ☮ ✌
