Strength flow.- This session is designed to increase body and mind strength. 45-Minute of total body warm up, standing, seated, twist, back extension and cool down poses. This class has Asthanga Yoga elements.
Strength training.- This session is designed to increase total body strength divided in upper body and lower body including core. Tailored for bodyweight and weight training.
